For areas not covered directly by our internal service, we have a dense network of skilled technicians and qualified employees from our structure in order to operate in the most efficient and immediate ways.

Schedule Maintenance

At the time of sale, we are able to offer our clients also a scheduled maintenance package, thanks to which you can pianaficare optimally a series of preventive measures, in order to ensure every day the best possible performance of your machine.

Parts

Together with the operation manual, we also provide a espoloso of our machines with the list of available parts, so that the client can independently order any replacement parts. Alternatively you can send us a picture of the parts required together with the model of your machine.

Remote Support

In order to offer the best care anywhere, on some of our models is a diagnostic of electronic components remotely, simply by connecting your machine can make to a PC on which to install its software interface.

Repair at our workshop

If you can not do the maintenance work on site, we can repair the car in our workshop. For the duration of the repair we can provide a "mule" car loan, so that our customers can continue their normal meat processing activities.
