The Tenerife TN 2090 is designed to be used on the entire product, in order to obtain the best result possible.
Being a semiautomatic model, it is equipped with manual drawer where the product to tenderize is placed. The operator, pushing the drawer, brings the product under the blades block, that automatically penetrates the entire product. When the meat releaser touches the meat, it stops, allowing only the blades to penetrate the product.
Allows to process medium/small dimension products with no need to turn the product upside down.

Transparent anti-intrusion polycarbonate protections, removable only with special wrench to increase safety.
Removable plate with limit switches.
Spring meat release.
Can be positioned on the benchtop or on a trolley.
