With the name Domino we define a new way of tenderizing meat. Domino 4 is thefirst machine produced with this innovation.

The new technology enables our costumers to have a tender cut of meat which keeps better over time, it doesn't change its appearance and its taste, in this way we respect the quality of the product.

Technical advice, such as moving the mechanical part to the lower part ofthe machine, have made the tenderizer quiet, maintaining its strength.

Finally, we made easier the cleaning operations ofthe machine, the disassembly of the bIade block and all those components that need cleaning because they are in contact with the meat.

The machine can be supplied in different types according to the customer's requirements.
