The Tenerife BND is designed to process large cuts of meat with bone.
What distinguishes it from other tenderizers is the patented tenderizing system, where every single blade is designed to block as soon as it comes in contact with a hard body inside the product (bone, frozen piece, nerve, etc.).
The VEPA tenderizers find their strong point in the thin rectangular seetion blades made with an elastic but at the same time resistant steel, eliminating the risks of breaking the blades.
All equipped with b/ade b/oek and Teflon spacers that can be disassembled without tools for easy cleaning and all completely washable with special detergents.
The length of the blades means that the entire product can be worked without having to turn it, as the blades reach 1 mm from the plate. Their typology also ensures that the duration and flavor of the tenderized meat are not altered.
